Bathroom Planner Terms and Conditions

The 3D Bathroom Planning Tool and any outputs from it are the property of William Wilson.  It is provided free of charge for private individuals to plan and outline their bathroom requirements and to then take the output from the Planning Tool to a William Wilson showroom in order to refine and discuss the feasibility of the design, on the basis that product is then selected and purchased from William Wilson.  Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, using the link at the foot of this page will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions and disclaimer.

Terms and Conditions

The 3D Bathroom Planning Tool:

• Should not be used by any person or for any other purpose than that for which it was intended, i.e. private use by individuals
• Cannot be sublicenced, rented, leased, distributed, or otherwise transferred to a third party
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, amend, modify, develop, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the software or create derivative works from the software, or attempt to do any of the foregoing
• Copies of the printed plan, 3D Visualisation and list of materials should not be shown to, discussed with, or used by any other bathroom product sales or design outlet or any other person or corporate who could be deemed in any way to be a competitor of William Wilson
